Whew! It has been a long while since I have posted, and I must say that these past two weeks have been the most active for me since I have been pregnant. There were many times I praised the Lord for his grace in taking my 24-7 nausea away, and allowing me to live more of life! I know he would give me the grace to endure if I was still stick, but I won't lie and say I'm not incredibly grateful for my health! :)

A week and a half ago, we were SO blessed to enjoy a few days of sweet fellowship and fun with my grandparents on my dad's side. We were grateful that they spent their time and money to fly down and visit James, Kimiko, Hannah, Aaron and I before heading north to see the rest of the family. They were happy to see where both our family's live, and they enjoyed the warm, beautiful weather!

We battled it out over cribbage a few times, and I think Grammy shook the house with her shout of joy over skunking the rest of us!

We also enjoyed a fun day at the Ronald Regan Library, which also contains the previous Air Force One.

Hannah wasn't quite sure what to think of Grammy and Grandpa, but I think she warmed up to them over time!
It was a wonderful time, and we are sorry we won't be able to celebtrate Grandpa's 80th at the end of the week with the rest of the family, but we hope they have a wonderful time!
Just two days later Aaron's family came to visit for a few days, and we had a great time with them also. I don't have any pictures just yet, but it was great just to be together and enjoy some outdoor activities. We played ultimate frisbee at the park, and that is the first time I have run in months! I am quite out of shape! :) We also went hiking, and it was beautiful to see all the wildflowers after all the rain we have had. I couldn't help but praise the Lord for his beautiful creation(yes, even in southern california), and I eagerly wait for the new earth, which will be more magnificent than anything we have ever seen!

We said goodbye to them on Wednesday, and started to prepare for Easter weekend on Thursday! It was a truly amazing, God-glorifying, convicting weekend, but I will blog more about that in a little bit, as this one is already long enough :)
